Simply request support within e-PayDay Go®, and one of our knowledgeable Australian-based team members will contact you on the same day. The FREEPAY plan includes 30 days of free complimentary setup assistance and support. Remote desktop support is also provided, nearly the same as us sitting beside you and assisting with your queries in person. We endeavour to resolve your support request on the same working day, depending on when you contact us. However, this may not be possible during certain times of the year, such as EOFY. In such cases, we will contact you and resolve your query on the next business day.

The recent announcement of Payday Super by Treasury (18/09/2024) has revealed that the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH) will be retired in 2025. e-PayDay FREEPAY® supports Payday Super, including the Single Touch Payroll reporting of the OTE and SG amounts. ePayDay Go provides a best in class STP compliant web-based app that is FREE for microemployers with 3 or less employees, recently generously increased from 2 or less employees (acknowledging that there is a cost in designing, hosting and supporting a “loss leader free service”).
